Rev. Richard Tolliver is the President & CEO of St. Edmund's Redevelopment Corporation. He has been served as Rector of St. Edmund’s Episcopal Church in Chicago, IL since 1989. He founded St. Edmund’s Academy, which is now Chicago International Charter School. He is a former Associate Country Director of the United States Peace Corps in Kenya, East Africa, and Country Director of the United States Peace Corps in Mauritania, West Africa. He has been a champion of stimulating investments in low-income communities of Chicago, and promoting affordable housing.
